Purpose and legal basis
We only use this data to respond to your request, perform a business relationship or provide information on request.
Retention period
Contact details are not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were received, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers when necessary for hosting, email or the requested services.
Functional session data
The website uses a temporary functional session for language selection, form security and to prevent the visitor counter from counting the same browser session repeatedly. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Aggregate visitor counter
The visitor counter stores only an aggregate total and an update timestamp. It does not store IP addresses, device identifiers or user-agent data. Automated bots and previews are excluded where reasonably possible.
